These terms govern your use of the 789jl platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules set out below.
Platform Rules and Member Obligations
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 789jl platform in the Philippines.
- Each member is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration details. 789jl reserves the right to verify your identity at any time.

- 789jl reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account if eligibility requirements are not met or if fraudulent activity is detected.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Balances
- All account balances are held and displayed in Philippine pesos (PHP). No currency conversion fees are applied to local payment methods.
- Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 789jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current processing schedule. Members may be required to complete identity verification before a withdrawal is approved.
- 789jl reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.

3. Game Rules and Fair Play

- Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- 789jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying wagers are honoured.
- VIP cashback and tier rewards are calculated based on eligible wagers as defined in the VIP programme terms. Cashback is credited at the discretion of 789jl and is not guaranteed for every session.
- Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotional loopholes — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
5. Privacy, Data, and Account Security
- Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the 789jl Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 789jl immediately.
